Screwpine or Pandan Plant

I was so happy today as my Pandan plant that I ordered from a nursery www.floraexotica.ca in Canada arrived.

It is very expensive but worth it. Sometimes I regret that I do not value this plant while growing up as we have a big plant at the back of our house. This one will be cared for very well.

I have emailed the video of wrapping Bak Chang this morning. It is very clear you would have no problem doing it after watching the video.

We planted a couple of them outside the gate but they died. Will have to get some shoots to replant them. As you know not difficult to grow. Both my neighbours grow them. One of them have lots of them in the backyard. Whenever I need some, I will ask her for them, Good when you boil red bean or other types of beans. They grow well on the ground.

I plant it in a pot as it will not stand the cold. Might get one and plant in the ground. I am also think of growing a banana plant for the leaves.
